AutoSPA launched as a new location with no existing social presence. I joined from the start and built the brand’s digital communication from scratch.

Instead of positioning a car wash as polished or premium, I deliberately chose humor over high gloss. I developed recurring content formats including testimonials, seasonal campaigns, trend-driven clips and informational videos about services and pricing. The strategy was social-first, focused on awareness and customer acquisition, supported by targeted ads and continuous optimization.

Over more than two years, I led the creative direction, produced the content and managed paid campaigns while handling budget responsibility. The consistent content system translated into measurable business growth and exceeded internal wash targets.
